Purchases are not available

Make sure you are signed into the App Store, have network access, and have in-app purchases allowed for your Apple ID. Then close and reopen Swimcast and try again.

I cannot find my headphones

Connect the headphones by USB and choose the mounted storage folder when iOS presents the folder picker. If the headphones do not appear, check the cable, adapter, and whether the headphones expose storage to iOS.

Swimcast is built for MP3 swim headphones and waterproof audio players that appear in iOS Files, including Shokz OpenSwim, Shokz OpenSwim Pro in MP3 mode, AfterShokz Xtrainerz, H2O Audio players, FINIS Duo, and similar devices when their storage is visible to your iPhone.

For more device notes, see /swimcast/compatibility.

A podcast does not load

Some podcast feeds may block downloads, return unsupported audio formats, or omit episode metadata. Try another podcast or refresh the feed later.

My first free sync is gone after reinstalling

The first free sync is tracked locally on the device. Swimcast Plus unlocks unlimited syncs through your Apple ID and can be restored from the purchase screen.
